Live lobster shipped anywhere in the world
Our lobster is harvested from the cold, pristine waters off the cost of Nova Scotia. It's well known for its black, hard shell and full body characteristic. Our strict protocols maintain our lobster in grade A condition. Our monitored holding tanks are specially designed to mimic the lobster's natural environment, producing a strong, well seasoned lobster. We select only the strongest lobsters, with the highest protein level for our live market. They are handled with great care, every step of the way in order to minimize stress levels.

Our High Pressure Processed (HPP) makes it easy to get the meat out. These lobsters have been quick frozen and glazed in order to maximize product quality.
This product eliminates the special handling requirements of live lobster while maintaining its qualities.
Our refined, high tech methods ensure maximum yield with minimal shrinkage and ice crystals compared to traditional frozen products.
Frozen Lobster Tails
Easily Extracted, Delicious and Full of Meat
Riverside’s High Pressure Processed (HPP) frozen raw lobster tails are simple to prepare and easily extracted so you can enjoy the luxury of lobster without the fuss. Our tails are free of additives or preservatives, and are available in various cuts and sizes, ranging from 3 oz all the way up to 36 oz. We also offer a selection of split tails, and butterfly cuts. Our premium quality frozen lobster tails are great for grilling, and provide an easy way to dress up any plate.

Frozen Raw Lobster Meat
Frozen raw is the closest to fresh possible
Riverside's state of the art High Pressure Processed (HPP) raw meat is second only to live lobster. HPP meat is fully extracted from the shell and retains it's shape, texture and all of it's natural flavours and nutrients. Once thawed and cooked, it is virtually impossible to tell it has ever been frozen.
